How to stay involved:
BECOME AN ADJUDICATOR
Adjudicating is a great way to stay involved with Schools' debating, improve your analytical skills and earn some extra money. Adjudicating can fit in well with your lifestyle as you undertake further study. Contact Vice President by March 2024 to get involved.
BECOME A COACH
Coaching a debating team can be an incredibly rewarding experience. Not only is it a good way to maintain and sharpen your own analytical skills, it also offers you the opportunity to give back to your school community. If you're interested, talk to your School's coordinator or Contact Us about coaching after you finish school.
JOIN THE UNIVERSITY OF ADELAIDE DEBATING CLUB
Debating at University is one of the best ways to meet like-minded people. The competition itself is less formal than the schools' competition and offers a variety of interesting, real-world topics. Anyone (not just UofA students) can get involved by contacting debating@clubs.youx.org.au

ABOUT US
The SADA is South Australia’s leading debating association, providing coaching, adjudicators and education services to people of all ages and abilities. The SADA co-ordinates the State’s largest, longest running schools competition, its' only adults debating competition and the State Debating Team. The patron of the SADA is the Honourable Chris Kourakis, Chief Justice of South Australia.
